When you have very thick, long hair it can be difficult to manage and keep it in good condition, but luckily there are a handful of products both high-end and high-street that can keep manes likes mine under control.
Although this is a very expensive duo, you really do get what you pay for and that's why I have been reaching for them over anything on the highstreet recently, it is the L'occitane Repairing Shampoo & Conditioner for Dry and Damaged Hair, and although my hair is not damaged, it does get incredibly dry and these two work really well together to make my hair less like straw and more like...hair! As soon as I have washed my hair I have been reaching for the Tresemme Platinum Strength Styling Stay Soft leave in treatment because my knots are so bad they verge on being dreadlocks and this leave in conditioner is so great for combating those bad boys and keeping my hair looking soft and shiny till the next wash. I'm not really one for styling my hair because it just takes too long but when I do want to make a bit more of an effort I have been loving the L'oreal Studio Line Curl & Gloss Mousse paired with the Lush Sea Spray to give my hair a lot more volume and body as well as embracing my natural curls.
That's it for my current hair care routine, I really hope you enjoyed this post and I would love to know your thoughts in the comments section down below!
